BASS COAST PUMPS is a small family business operating from Wonthaggi in South Gippsland.
Our speciality is water pumps, whether they be for stock and domestic use, farm and garden, firefighting, water transfer, sewage and wastewater or pools and spas.
Being a truly independent business, we can help you to select the right pump for your job regardless of brand. If your pump has broken down, we have the knowledge and experience to assess it and where possible, repair it and get it up and running again.
We also offer a range of water filtration options from small under sink units to whole house systems with UV sterilisation. On the pool and spa side of our business we offer a water testing service using the WaterLink® Spin Touch® which helps us to make recommendations tailored to your pool or spa which will help to keep it sparkling clean.

Our water pump stopped working, made the call and that afternoon Greg arrived. Fortunately it was the capacitor, so a quick fix. Greg checked the rest of the pump - all working well (even though 20 years old!) and saw a small leak. Didn't have the 0-ring on hand but fixed with teflon tape and said if it starts to develop a small leak again let him know and will swing by with the correct 0-ring... great local service. Added to my contact list as a recommended local trade! Thanks guys.
We recently had a problem with our water pump (tank water) on a Friday morning. We contacted Bass Coast Pumps in Wonthaggi and drove from Foster to seek help. Theo and Tara were exceptionally helpful. They lent us a pump for a few days, free of charge, and thoroughly serviced and repaired our original pump. Highly recommend Bass Coast Pumps for excellent service and advice. New pump discounts are likely on offer in November so we will be looking at getting another pump, so we have a contingency plan. Very grateful for the support we received.
Can’t thank Bass Coast Pumps enough for their excellent service! Fantastic from my first phone call! Highly recommend!
Needed help with a pump filtration system. These guys were terrific. Very knowledgeable with excellent choices of products needed.
We bought a pump from this shop about 9 years ago. It's been working faultlessly ever since. It played up just before Christmas and they came same day, sorted it and got us out of trouble. Great service and much appreciated ☺️☺️☺️
